What Is अंतः क्षेपण ढलाई?
Injection molding is the world's most efficient manufacturing process for producing high-volume, dimensionally consistent plastic components. Molten polymer is injected under high pressure (500–2,000 bar) into a precision-machined steel mold cavity — cooled, solidified, and ejected in cycles as fast as 5 seconds.
At SSP Precision, we've refined this technology over 15+ years, supplying mission-critical parts to clients in automotive, medical devices, consumer electronics, and industrial automation — shipping from China to 30+ countries worldwide.
Exceptional repeatability — thousands to millions of identical parts per production run
Complex geometries achievable — undercuts, internal threads, living hinges, thin walls down to 0.5mm
Low per-unit cost at scale — ideal for production runs of 1,000+ parts
Minimal material waste — hot runner systems eliminate sprues; regrind programs recycle scrap
SSP Precision's 8-Step Molding Process
End-to-end workflow engineered for precision, repeatability, and speed — from your initial CAD file to certified, packaged parts at your door.

Multi-MaterialInsert Molding
Metal threaded inserts, brass nuts, electrical contacts, and sensor probes placed directly in the mold cavity — encapsulated in plastic in a single, reliable operation.
High StrengthGas-Assisted Injection Molding
Nitrogen gas creates hollow internal channels inside thick-wall sections — eliminating sink marks, reducing part weight by up to 40%, and cutting cycle time.
Weight ReductionTwo-Shot (2K) Molding
Two different materials or colors injected sequentially in the same machine cycle — producing complex multi-material parts without secondary assembly operations.
No AssemblyMicro Injection Molding
Miniature parts weighing as little as 0.01g. Tolerances to ±0.005mm. Used in catheter components, micro-optic lenses, microfluidic chips, and hearing aid housings.
±0.005mmStructural Foam Molding
Gas-infused polymer creates a cellular foam core with a solid skin — producing lightweight, rigid structural panels with a superior strength-to-weight ratio versus solid injection.
LightweightThermoset Injection Molding
Epoxy, phenolic, BMC and DMC compounds permanently cross-linked under heat — producing dimensionally stable, heat-resistant, and electrically insulating housings and connectors.

Explore Machine Partsअंतः क्षेपण ढलाई Questions Answered
Technical and commercial questions we hear most often from engineers, product managers, and procurement teams worldwide.
SSP Precision accepts orders from 1,000 pieces for standard production runs. For prototype or low-volume tooling using aluminum or semi-hardened P20 steel, we can accommodate smaller quantities from 100–500 pieces at proportionally adjusted tooling amortization. There is no upper limit — we regularly run multi-million part annual programs.
Standard single-cavity P20 molds are typically completed in 7–15 working days from drawing approval, with T1 samples shipped the same day. Complex multi-cavity or hot runner tools may require 3–5 weeks. Expedited tooling in 5–7 days is available for qualifying geometries at premium rates.
Our standard production tolerance is ±0.05mm per ISO 2768-m. For engineering applications we routinely achieve ±0.01–0.02mm, and for micro-molding applications up to ±0.005mm. Achievable tolerance depends on part geometry, material shrinkage characteristics, and wall thickness uniformity. We provide DFM feedback if your drawing requirements require tolerance adjustments.
Yes. Every shipment includes a Certificate of Conformance (COC), material traceability certificates from the resin manufacturer, MSDS/SDS, and packing documentation. For medical and food-contact applications we provide FDA compliance letters, RoHS/REACH declarations, and ISO 10993 biocompatibility test reports upon request.
Yes. SSP Precision operates high-temperature barrel systems capable of processing PEEK (melt temperature up to 400°C), PEI (Ultem), PPS, PSU, and LCP. These materials require specialized tooling in H13 hardened steel and precise process parameter control. We have established programs producing PEEK components for aerospace and medical implant applications.
The customer retains full ownership of all tooling paid for. Molds are stored at our facility at no charge for the duration of the production program. NDA and tooling ownership agreements are provided before any work commences. Molds can be transferred to your designated facility or a third-party manufacturer upon written request.
