How to order and communicate with SSP

You are more than welcome to send any inquiry (stamping die, injection mold, spare parts,prototype samples)to Rockie Liu(rockie.liu@ssprecision.com.cn. Rockie will assign the proper team member to serve specific customer dedicately

To response your RFQ in a efficient and effective way, we will suggest customers to include the information as much as possible in your RFQ, for examples:

-Product drawings, it will be better if 2D and 3D drawings can be provided at the same time;

-Tooling specification. If you have your own tooling specification, please share. Or else we need to understand if you have any specific requirement for tooling structure, standard parts, tooling steel …In case you can provide an tooling example you built before, it will be awesome;

-Lead time expectation: If you have a very short lead time expectation, please specify;

-Trial run material： Normally we suggest customer to provide trial run material, in order to avoid tooling performance difference if the customer and supplier use different materials; If you can’t provide, please specify;

-Incoterm: Please specify your preferred incoterm. We can work with typical incoterms for example DAP, EXW or FOT;

-Cavity: Please specify your desired cavities for the tooling. The cavity quantity is always the balance of cost, capacity and capability;

However feel free to contact us if you just need a rough budget quotation. We can do that with limited information.

Normally we will response in 24 hours for regular RFQ. Once you are satisfied with our offer, please just send an email with PO to our contact window to initiate our official internal process.
