Complete end-to-end screw shaft re-grinding and nut rebuild service for worn or damaged ball screw assemblies. Our 5-axis CNC grinding machines restore thread form and lead accuracy to within ±0.02mm per 300mm — meeting C3 or C5 accuracy classes. Tooling · Progressive & Transfer Dies

Progressive and transfer stamping die design and manufacture for high-volume metal forming applications. Punches and dies are machined from D2, SKD11, and HSS M2 tool steels using wire EDM and 5-axis CNC grinding to achieve ±0.002mm clearance tolerances. Full die tryout is conducted on our 80–400-tonne press fleet with stamped sample approval before final handover.
