Advanced Service · OEM-Grade RebuildComplete end-to-end screw shaft re-grinding and nut rebuild service for worn or damaged ball screw assemblies. Our 5-axis CNC grinding machines restore thread form and lead accuracy to within ±0.02mm per 300mm — meeting C3 or C5 accuracy classes. Runout is corrected to ≤0.02mm/m with laser interferometry feedback in real time. Optional DLC PVD coating extends wear life by 3–5×.

Stamping Die Manufacturing
Tooling · Progressive & Transfer DiesProgressive and transfer stamping die design and manufacture for high-volume metal forming applications. Punches and dies are machined from D2, SKD11, and HSS M2 tool steels using wire EDM and 5-axis CNC grinding to achieve ±0.002mm clearance tolerances. Full die tryout is conducted on our 80–400-tonne press fleet with stamped sample approval before final handover.
Injection Mold Services
Tooling · Micro, Over & Insert MoldingPrecision injection mold design and manufacture covering micro-molding (shot weights from 0.1g), green mold rapid-tooling, over-molding, and insert molding for complex multi-material components. Mold bases are machined to NAK80 and H13 steel with P20 cavity steels. We manage full T1 sampling and process qualification, supplying PPAP documentation for automotive and medical customers.
